sent to the e-mail address you supply within 2 minutes. If your
reply indicates that there was an error in issuing your activation code,
verify, re-enter and submit the information again in this form OR call Datacap Support
at 215-997-8989 during normal business hours, M-F, 8:30-5:30 Eastern
time.
